>> We knew these guys were a dream when we bumped into them at every single gig we attended, moshing hard // And how right were we? – Hazel & Ian’s day was pretty EPIC <<
>> The first thing that had to be done when we arrived was explore the venue, The Ceridwen Centre is such an underrated little gem! straight away we were so drawn to the white ti-pi – White ti-pi’s are the new yellow ti-pi’s. and yes – we wanted to steal that dance magic dance sign. The more we explored the more awesome this venue was – with hidden gypsy caravans, a pair of donkeys roaming the fields, double decker buses converted into guest bedrooms – AHH! we can’t praise this place enough // Rain couldn’t stop these guys, even after the safe option to have an indoor ceremony was suggested by the venue, these guys winged it, fought though the rain & got hitched under the bandstand // after the ceremony Hazel rocked her mothers wedding dress with hunter wellies to go join her new hubby on a tree planting adventure with some close family & friends gathered, getting down & dirty in the mud in their wedding gear – YES! // Before heading over to the tipi for their mouthwatering veggie menu, H & I arrived in absolute style.. on a tractor – YES A TRACTOR – Every detail killed us // As if the day couldn’t get any better – the first dance – AHH the pair had planned an amazing mash up of songs from dallas green to grease lighting. which somehow turned into the entire guests making a conga line around the entire tipi to Party Hard by Andrew WK. Just YES // Also these guys had the best idea for their live music, they had lots of friends do a set of songs each, as a wedding gift, how there was so much musical talent in one group of friends we’ll never know, absolute genius!
